If the Notice of Appraised Value the Montgomery CAD sent you indicates that online protest is available and lists an Online Protest ID, you are eligible for an online protest with the Montgomery Appraisal District. The Notice will include instructions on how to submit your protest.
If your Notice of Appraised value does not include an Online Protest ID, you cannot file your protest online, Instead, you will be required to file a written protest with the Montgomery CAD.
